Cowboys' Rivaldo Fairweather: Headed to Dallas
9h agoFairweather signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent Monday, Tommy Yarrish of the team's official site reports.

Traeshon Holden 2005 WR
Cowboys' Traeshon Holden: Signing with Dallas
9h agoHolden is signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent Monday, Tommy Yarrish of the team's official site reports.
Holden will head to Dallas after having hauled in 45 passes for 718 yards and five touchdowns during his final season at Oregon. He will look to carve out a role for himself in the team's crowded receiver room that lacks proven talent behind CeeDee Lamb.

Alex Wright CLE DE
Browns' Alex Wright: Medically cleared to play
10h agoWright (triceps) has been medically cleared to play, Scott Petrak of the BrownsZone reports.
Wright is now healthy again after suffering a torn triceps last October, which forced him to miss the final 13 games of the regular season. He will likely spend the remainder of the offseason competing for a roster spot and can add value as both a depth defender and as a special teamer.

Charles Cross SEA OT
Seahawks' Charles Cross: Fifth-year option picked up
10h agoThe Seahawks exercised Cross' fifth-year option Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Cross will now be tied to Seattle through the 2026 campaign after having been selected ninth overall by the team in the 2022 Draft. He has only missed three games across his first three seasons and should serve as the teams starting left tackle once again during the upcoming campaign.

Zayne Anderson GB SAF
Packers' Zayne Anderson: Returning to Green Bay
10h agoAnderson signed his exclusive rights free-agent tender with the Packers on Monday, Zach Kruse of USA Today reports.
Anderson is set to return to Green Bay where he racked up 16 tackles (13 solo) and an interception in 16 games during the 2024 campaign. The 28-year-old will likely serve as one of team's top backup safety options behind Xavier McKinney and Evan Williams and can contribute on special teams as well.
-
Chris Rumph II NO DE
Saints' Chris Rumph: Signs with Saints
10h agoRumph is signed with the Saints on Monday, John Hendrix of AthlonSports.com reports.
Rumph has seemingly recovered from the foot injury that landed him on the Chargers' injured reserved last August which caused him to miss the entirety of the 2024 campaign. He will spend the offseason competing for a roster spot and can add value on both defense and special teams.

Dane Myers MIA CF
Marlins' Dane Myers: Slugs pinch-hit grand slam
4h agoMyers went 2-for-2 with a grand slam in Monday's extra-inning loss to the Dodgers.
Myers began the game on the bench for the second straight day, but that didn't prevent him from making a big impact. He pinch hit for Matt Mervis in the sixth inning and tied the game with one swing of the bat, launching a 405-foot grand slam to center field. Myers added a single in his other trip to the plate, giving him his first two-hit performance since April 20. He entered Monday having gone 1-for-10 with five strikeouts over his previous four games.

Shohei Ohtani LAD DH
Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani: Reaches four times, swipes bag
5h agoOhtani went 1-for-2 with a run, three walks and a stolen base in a 7-6 extra-inning victory versus Miami on Monday.
The Marlins largely pitched around Ohtani in the contest, putting him on base via walk three times. The superstar slugger was able to make the most of his lone hit by following his first-inning single with a steal of second base before coming around to score on a Freddie Freeman base knock. Ohtani hasn't homered in his past seven contests, but he's picked up a pair of thefts in that span while going 8-for-27 (.296 batting average) at the plate.
-
Teoscar Hernandez LAD RF
Dodgers' Teoscar Hernandez: Extends homer streak
5h agoHernandez went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in a 7-6 extra-inning win against the Marlins on Monday.
Hernandez homered for the third straight game when he popped a two-run blast off the top of the left-field wall in the fifth inning. The veteran slugger is up to nine homers on the season -- among major-leaguers, only Cal Raleigh (10) and Eugenio Suarez (10) have gone deep more times. Hernandez is also tied for third in the league with 27 RBI and is slashing a solid .274/.291/.585 through 110 plate appearances.
-
Edward Cabrera MIA SP
Marlins' Edward Cabrera: Struggles in no-decision
5h agoCabrera didn't factor in the decision against the Dodgers on Monday, allowing five runs on nine hits and three walks while striking out two batters over four innings.
Cabrera allowed a constant stream of baserunners, and the nine hits against him marked a season-worst tally. The right-hander failed to miss many bats, notching just three whiffs and two punchouts after recording at least five strikeouts in each of his first three starts this season. Cabrera hasn't been able to pull things together so far this season, as he now carries an ugly 7.23 ERA and 1.77 WHIP through 18.2 innings across four starts.
-
Dustin May LAD SP
Dodgers' Dustin May: Falters late in no-decision
5h agoMay allowed three runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three batters in 5.1 innings in a no-decision against Miami on Monday.
May appeared to be en route to a win after completing five scoreless innings, but things took a turn for the worse for him in the sixth. In that frame, the right-hander allowed the first three batters he faced to reach base, and they all came around to score before the inning was over (though two of the runs charged to May crossed the plate following his departure). This was still a better performance for May after he gave up a career-worst seven runs over five innings against the Cubs in his previous trip to the mound, but over his past two contests, May's ERA has jumped from a sparkling 1.06 to a less-impressive 3.95.

Hunter Goodman COL C
Rockies' Hunter Goodman: Drives in all of team's runs
5h agoGoodman went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in a loss to Atlanta on Monday.
Goodman helped Colorado get off to a fast start with a three-run blast to left field in the first inning, but that was the final time the Rockies got on the scoreboard. Goodman has been one of the few bright spots in what has been a horrendous 4-24 start to the season for Colorado -- he is tied for the team lead with five long balls and ranks first on the Rockies with 14 RBI and 15 runs while slashing .256/.350/.478. Goodman's production has been especially valuable in fantasy given his status as a backstop.
-
Jimmy Butler GS SF
Warriors' Jimmy Butler: Leads Dubs to win in return
3m agoButler logged 27 points (7-12 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 12-12 FT), five rebounds, six assists and one block across 40 minutes during Monday's 109-106 victory over the Rockets in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
After missing most of Game 2 and sitting out Game 3 due to a pelvic contusion, Butler demonstrated that he was healthy by leading the Warriors in scoring in his return while also tying Brandin Podziemski for the team lead in court time. Playoff Jimmy was in full effect down the stretch in the fourth quarter, as he scored Golden State's last seven points while also grabbing a key rebound with four seconds left. Butler has scored at least 25 points in each of his two full games this postseason, and he's likely to come up big again Wednesday in Game 5 as the Warriors try to punch their tickets to the second round.
-
Amen Thompson HOU PG
Rockets' Amen Thompson: Just misses double-double in loss
11m agoThompson finished with 17 points (7-12 FG, 3-5 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and one steal over 31 minutes during Monday's 109-106 loss to the Warriors in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
After three lackluster scoring efforts to begin his first career playoff run, Thompson stepped up his production Monday. The second-year wing is averaging 11.8 points, 6.5 boards, 3.8 assists and 1.3 combined steals and blocks through four games, and the Rockets may need something special from the fourth overall pick in the 2023 Draft if they're going to avoid elimination in Game 5 on Wednesday.
-
Fred VanVleet HOU PG
Rockets' Fred VanVleet: Drains eight treys Monday
15m agoVanVleet produced 25 points (8-13 FG, 8-12 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds and six assists over 40 minutes during Monday's 109-106 loss to the Warriors in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
It was a huge night from beyond the arc for the veteran point guard, but VanVleet needed one more three -- his shot for a tie at the final buzzer came up just short. It was his best scoring performance of the playoffs so far, and through four games he's averaging 14.8 points, 4.5 assists, 3.5 threes, 3.3 boards and 1.3 steals while playing at least 40 minutes each contest. VanVleet will try to help the Rockets stave off elimination on their home court in Game 5 on Wednesday.
-
Alperen Sengun HOU C
Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Big double-double in Monday's loss
20m agoSengun totaled a game-high 31 points (12-28 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-10 FT), 10 rebounds, five assists and two steals over 42 minutes during Monday's 109-106 loss to the Warriors in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
It was Sengun's best scoring performance so far this postseason, but it wasn't enough to stop a second-half comeback from Golden State. The fourth-year center is averaging 22.3 points, 11.5 boards, 4.3 assists and 1.8 steals through the first four games of the series, and Sengun may need to come up big again in Game 5 on Wednesday if the Rockets are going to avoid elimination.
-
Kel'el Ware MIA C
Heat's Kel'el Ware: Invisible in Game 4 thumping
5h agoWare closed with two points (1-6 FG, 0-4 3Pt) and seven rebounds across 15 minutes during Monday's 138-83 loss to Cleveland in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Ware barely troubled the statisticians in terms of the scoring column, ending what has been a serviceable rookie campaign. Initially out of the rotation altogether, Ware eventually moved into a meaningful role, flashing some upside on both sides of the court. He is an intriguing prospect and one of the few positives to come out of the season for Miami.
-
Nikola Jovic MIA PF
Heat's Nikola Jovic: Scores team-high 24 points
5h agoJovic logged 24 points (8-15 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals in 29 minutes during Monday's 138-83 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Jovic was the only positive on a night the Heat would rather forget. Jovic put together an encouraging season, but given the Heat's roster could be headed for change, it's unclear what his role will look like moving forward.
-
Filip Hallander PIT C
Penguins' Filip Hallander: Leaving SHL club
6h agoHallander signed a two-year, $1.55 million contract with the Penguins on Monday, per PuckPedia.
Hallander's one-way contract will begin next season. The 2018 second-round selection accumulated 26 goals and 53 points over 51 regular-season games with Timra of the Swedish Hockey League in 2024-25. Hallander has only three games of NHL experience, but he has a good chance at earning a spot on the Penguins' Opening Night roster in 2025-26.
-
Brandon Hagel TB LW
Lightning's Brandon Hagel: Injured in Game 4
9h agoHagel (upper body) departed Monday's 4-2 loss to the Panthers in the second period of Game 4 and did not return.
Hagel, who was suspended for Game 3, was forced out of Monday's loss after being on the receiving end of a high hit from Aaron Ekblad, though the play went unpenalized. Hagel's head hit the ice on the way down, so he'll presumably be fully evaluated for a concussion Tuesday. Head coach Jon Cooper provided no information regarding Hagel's status after the contest, which leaves the 26-year-old winger with a day-to-day label ahead of Game 5 in Tampa Bay on Wednesday.
-
Andrei Vasilevskiy TB G
Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Tending twine in Sunrise
13h agoVasilevskiy will be between the road pipes in Game 4 against the Panthers on Monday, Gabby Shirley of FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun reports.
As if there was any doubt, Vasilevskiy will be tasked with attempting to send the series back to Tampa Bay tied at 2-2. The Russian netminder's workload has increased in each game of this series, and after conceding six goals on 17 shots in Game 1, Vasilevskiy has turned aside 54 of 56 shots (.964 save percentage) over the last two matchups. The Lightning will receive a boost Monday in the form of Brandon Hagel, who was suspended for Saturday's Game 3 win.

Matthew Coronato CGY RW
Flames' Matthew Coronato: Withdrawn from Worlds
15h agoCoronato underwent an MRI that revealed an undisclosed injury, resulting in him being pulled from the Team USA roster Monday for the 2025 IIHF World Championship.
The Flames didn't offer any specifics regarding the nature or severity of Coronato's injury, though they did call it a "preventative decision." In his first full NHL campaign, the 22-year-old winger notched 24 goals and 23 helpers in 77 regular-season games this year. Barring a long-term injury, Coronato should be capable of building on that production heading into the 2025-26 campaign.
-
Gabriel Vilardi WPG C
Jets' Gabriel Vilardi: Poised to return Wednesday
17h agoVilardi (upper body) is expected to be back in the lineup for Game 5 versus the Blues on Wednesday, John Lu of TSN reports.
Vilardi has been out since March 23 versus the Sabres, a stretch of 15 games on the shelf due to his upper-body issue. The 25-year-old Ontario native should be in the mix for a top-six role, which will likely drop Alex Iafallo down the lineup.

Corey Schueneman STL D
Blues' Corey Schueneman: Summoned from AHL
17h agoSchueneman was recalled from AHL Springfield on Monday.
Schueneman appeared in four regular-season games with the Blues in 2024-25, recording four shots on goal, seven blocked shots and one hit. He had four goals and 20 points in 63 AHL outings during the 2024-25 regular season before adding one goal in three playoff games. Schueneman likely won't see playing time in the NHL playoffs, barring multiple injuries.
