Adams will return to the Jets on a one-year contract, which the team offered him in March. Adams can tentatively be penciled in as the starting strong safety heading into 2025, though the Jets could still add competition via the draft or free agency.

Tillman has officially returned to the Broncos, who tendered a one-year, $960,000 contract to the outside linebacker in early March. He had 5.0 sacks in 12 regular-season games as a rookie last season and figures to remain a rotational pass rusher in 2025.

Robinson has appeared in 16 career regular-season games for the Raiders, recording 1.5 sacks among his 13 tackles (seven solo). The 6-foot-5 defensive end will compete for a roster spot in camp with the Chiefs. Robinson was suspended for the final three games of the 2024 season for violating the NFL's Substances of Abuse Policy, but he has finished serving that suspension.

Per Schefter, Lance's one-year pact with Los Angles is worth up to $6.2 million. Lance -- who the 49ers took with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft -- joins Taylor Heinicke in the team's backup QB mix behind undisputed starter Justin Herbert. The 24-year-old spent the last two seasons with Dallas, where he worked behind Dak Prescott and Cooper Rush.

2d agoKeenum signed a one-year contract with the Bears worth up to $3 million with the Bears on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Keenum missed all of the 2024 season with a foot injury while with the Texans. He's likely to be the third-string quarterback with the Bears, though he will add a veteran presence to an otherwise young positional group led by Caleb Williams.
